How do build payments work?
We confirm your scope and total in writing first. You pay 50% of the approved total to start and 50% after you approve the preview, before launch. Nothing on this page charges you.
What is a Knowledge Catalog?
Structured guides that answer customer questions and connect them to services or next steps. Growth includes 5 guides, Authority includes 20, and the standalone $3,000 Knowledge Catalog supplies 25 over three months. See the Knowledge Catalog.
What do you need from me?
One Start form after your first payment: business details, your customer types and what you want each to do, three reference websites, your tools, logo and photos, and a person who can approve the work. At launch we need access to your domain. Keep passwords out of every form.
How many revisions do I get?
Starter includes one design revision round. Growth and Authority include two. Revisions cover what you see: layout, photos, copy tone and visual choices. Page speed, structure, integrations and technical choices are our craft.
Is a monthly plan required?
No. The build is a one-time purchase and your site stays live on SIS hosting for at least 30 days. To stay on SIS hosting after that, Site Care is the minimum. Decline every plan and you receive the full code handoff and host it yourself. Existing signed agreements remain controlling.
Does a monthly plan include unlimited work?
No. Each plan is defined by what it delivers, with no fixed article count and no unlimited development. Cybersecurity services and Google Business Profile or reputation management are outside every plan. Monthly work is batched for the first business week of the service month.
Can I buy a plan for a site somebody else built?
Not as a standard plan. Plans are designed for sites built and launched by So It Sticks. We can review an outside site separately to see whether a rebuild, migration or custom maintenance scope makes sense.
Do you fix problems after launch?
Yes. For 30 days after launch we fix anything that does not work as your written scope describes, at no charge. New pages, new features and content changes are scoped separately.
Who owns the website?
Ownership and licensing are defined in your written proposal. Third-party assets and software keep their own licenses. We confirm the handoff and account responsibilities before the build.
Where are payments processed?
Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles card information under its own terms and privacy practices. So It Sticks never asks you to send card information through a website form.
Project payments follow your approved written scope and the Terms of Service. See the Privacy Policy.
