How we build

Ten jobs. One website that works.

Every So It Sticks build runs through the same ten jobs, in the same order. Here is each one: what we ask, what we do and what you get.

  1. What you sell, who buys it, and what each customer has to decide.

  2. What you say you are, and why that customer should pick you.

  3. The path each customer takes, from first question to next step.

  4. Words written to those paths.

  5. Pages, guides and links arranged so a visitor finds their own situation fast.

  6. How it looks and reads on a phone and on a desktop.

  7. Page speed, mobile layout, accessibility, search and sharing setup, forms that work.

  8. Tools that tell you who is contacting you and what they need.

  9. Accurate, sourced answers to your customers' questions, linked and shareable.

  10. Every path, on every screen, before launch.

Discovery

What you sell, who buys it, and what each customer has to decide.

What we ask

  • What do you sell, and what do you want more of?
  • Who buys it, and how do they find you today?
  • What does a customer have to decide before they call?

What we do

We start with your business. We learn what you sell, who buys it and how the work looks from the customer's side. Then we review what you already have: your current site, your reviews and the questions customers ask you on every call.

What you get

A written project brief. It names who the website is for, what each customer needs to decide and what the site has to make happen.

Brand strategy

What you say you are, and why that customer should pick you.

What we ask

  • What do you want to be known for?
  • Why should this customer pick you over the next option?
  • What can you prove?

What we do

We decide what the business stands for on the page and say it in one clear line. Every claim gets checked against what you can show: credentials, years in business, reviews and finished work. If we can't back a claim up, it stays off the site.

What you get

A positioning line, the core message for each customer and the proof that supports it.

Customer journey mapping

The path each customer takes, from first question to next step.

What we ask

  • How many kinds of customers do you have?
  • Where does each one start?
  • What would make each one ready for the next step?

What we do

Different customers arrive with different questions. A homeowner and a property manager can need the same service and still need different words to get there. We map each path from the first question to the next step, so the site meets every visitor where they are.

What you get

A map of every customer path: where it starts, what it answers along the way and where it ends.

By tierStarter: a single customer journeyGrowth: multiple customer journeysAuthority: advanced, connected customer journeys

Copywriting

Words written to those paths.

What we ask

  • What does this customer need to hear first?
  • What will make them trust it?
  • What do we ask them to do next?

What we do

We write every word on the site to the paths from job 03. Headlines say what you do in plain language. Proof sits next to the claim it supports. Every page ends with a clear next step.

What you get

Finished copy for every page, written for your customers and reviewed by you in the preview.

Architecture

Pages, guides and links arranged so a visitor finds their own situation fast.

What we ask

  • Which pages does the site need?
  • How does a visitor find their own situation?
  • Which guides and links connect them to a service?

What we do

We decide what goes on which page and how the pages connect. Menus stay short. Visitors pick the path that fits them. Guides link to the services they explain, and every service links to the next step.

What you get

A site map with every page, path and link planned before the build starts.

Design

How it looks and reads on a phone and on a desktop.

What we ask

  • What should a visitor feel in the first few seconds?
  • Which three websites do you admire, and why?
  • What already belongs to your brand: logo, colors, photos?

What we do

Design carries the message. We set type, color, imagery and layout so the page reads fast on a phone and holds up on a large screen. Every client gets a design that fits their business, so no two sites are forced into the same look.

What you get

A complete visual design across the site, delivered as a working preview you can click through.

Build and install

Page speed, mobile layout, accessibility, search and sharing setup, forms that work.

What we ask

  • Where does the domain live, and who controls it?
  • Which tools do you already use for booking, payments or email?
  • Where should each form send?

What we do

We build the site in clean, fast code and install it properly. That means compressed images, chosen fonts, alt text, accessible markup, search and sharing metadata, structured data, redirects for anything that moved, and forms that send where they should. Tools you already use are linked from the site.

What you get

A fast, accessible website, built to work on every screen and ready for your domain.

Intake, assessments and calculators

Tools that tell you who is contacting you and what they need.

What we ask

  • What do you need to know before the first call?
  • Which questions waste time on the phone today?
  • What could a visitor work out on their own first?

What we do

The contact form is the start of the conversation, so we design what it asks. You learn who is reaching out and what they need before you reply. Where it helps, we build an assessment or guided intake that lets a visitor work through their situation before they talk to you.

What you get

Forms that work and reach you, plus any assessment or guided intake in the approved scope.

By tierStarter: contact or inquiry pathGrowth: forms and lead captureAuthority: scoped interactivity, such as assessments or guided intake

The Knowledge Catalog

Accurate, sourced answers to your customers' questions, linked and shareable.

What we ask

  • What do customers ask you again and again?
  • What do they get wrong before they call?
  • Which answers decide whether they hire you?

What we do

We research and write accurate answers with sources, organized by what each customer needs to decide. Every guide links to the service it explains. Customers can read it, share it and come back to it, and search engines and AI tools get clear, accurate information about your business.

What you get

A Knowledge Catalog on your own website, approved by you before it publishes.

Testing

Every path, on every screen, before launch.

What we check

  • Every link, button and form
  • Phone, tablet and desktop layouts
  • Page speed, keyboard use, sharing previews and redirects

What we do

We walk every customer path from job 03 on every screen size before launch. Anything that does not work the way the written scope describes gets fixed. For 30 days after launch, we fix those problems at no charge.

What you get

A website that works the day we deliver it.

One method. Three depths.

Starter, Growth and Authority run through the same ten jobs. The tier sets how deep each job goes: how many customer journeys and how many guides.
