Terms of Service
Terms for using the So It Sticks website and a summary of the commercial rules that apply before a project-specific agreement takes over.
Effective: October 15, 20261. About So It Sticks
So It Sticks ("SIS") provides website strategy, copy, design, development, content architecture, Knowledge Catalog work, intake tools, integrations, deployment support and ongoing continuity services.
2. Website use
You may use this website for ordinary business purposes, including reviewing SIS services, completing assessments, submitting project inquiries, starting an approved project, providing project feedback and contacting SIS.
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person or business, or use website forms to transmit unlawful material.
3. Assessments, inquiries and forms
Submitting an assessment, project brief, onboarding form, review form or final-acceptance request does not by itself expand project scope or create obligations beyond an accepted project agreement.
Do not submit passwords, full payment-card information, private customer records, government identification numbers or other unnecessary sensitive credentials through ordinary SIS website forms.
4. Website build pricing
Current public build tiers are Starter from $1,500, Growth from $3,900 and Authority from $6,500. The final price of a project is the total confirmed in writing before payment, in a written proposal or Statement of Work. Complex Authority builds are not capped at the Authority starting price.
- Starter: a website built for a single customer journey, with one or two primary customer actions.
- Growth: a complete business website for multiple customer journeys, with customer self-selection built into its structure, 5 Knowledge Catalog guides, and links to existing client tools. Growth does not embed or synchronize outside systems.
- Authority: a digital authority system centered on the Knowledge Catalog: 20 Knowledge Catalog guides, a deeper customer journey and approved technical scope.
Starter is built for a single customer journey. Growth and Authority are scoped by functionality, integrations, content/authority requirements, commerce complexity, technical dependencies and agreed deliverables rather than by arbitrary page count.
Authority is not an unlimited integration package. Live or regularly synchronized systems, integrated commerce, multiple APIs, MLS/IDX/feed work, unusual data mapping, platform conversion or similar complexity may require pricing above the Authority base.
5. Build payments
Unless a project-specific agreement states otherwise, website build projects approved on or after October 13, 2026 are paid in two installments: 50% of the approved project total to start, paid before design and production begin, and the remaining 50% after the client approves the preview, before production launch.
Starting a project brief or selecting a plan on this website does not create a payment obligation. SIS sends a payment link for a specific agreed project. Launch follows payment of the final installment and final quality checks. SIS may pause production when required payments are materially overdue.
Terms accepted at checkout
SIS payment links ask the client to accept these Terms of Service before paying. By checking the box and paying, the client agrees to these Terms for the purchased project, together with the written scope confirmed before payment. SIS verifies each payment against its Stripe record before work begins.
Preview and revisions
Each project includes a preview link before launch. Revision rounds cover the design-facing elements the client sees: layout, photos, copy tone and visual choices. Starter includes one revision round. Growth and Authority include two. Page speed, site structure, integrations and other technical choices are SIS craft and are not revision items. A round is one consolidated submission through the review form. Additional rounds are available by separate agreement.
Earlier payments and credits reduce the amount to collect; they do not change the agreed project total.
Payments made under earlier agreements
A payment made under an agreement signed before October 10, 2026 remains governed by that agreement and is credited as that agreement provides. These updated Terms do not change an already-signed agreement.
6. Third-party fees and systems
Third-party subscriptions, platform charges, vendor fees, transaction fees, licenses, API/feed access, brokerage/data-provider fees and similar outside costs are the client's responsibility unless a written project agreement expressly includes them.
Third-party services may include Stripe, Shopify, CRMs, schedulers, email systems, analytics, storage providers, portals, APIs, MLS/IDX, listing systems, property platforms and other outside services. Their own terms, pricing, availability, account requirements and technical limits apply.
SIS does not control another provider's outage, approval delay, API/feed change, pricing change, licensing change, account restriction, service discontinuation or technical breakage.
7. Client responsibilities
For paid projects, clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, lawful and authorized assets, necessary vendor accounts and subscriptions, approvals, required legal or regulatory disclosures, final factual review and timely decisions.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient rights to logos, photographs, copy, trademarks, reviews, testimonials and other materials they provide.
8. Accessibility
Accessibility is a baseline SIS build standard, not a premium-tier feature. For custom website interfaces within SIS's control, SIS uses commercially reasonable development practices targeting WCAG 2.2 Level AA where reasonably applicable to the approved scope.
This is a technical development target, not a legal certification or blanket guarantee that a client website is "ADA compliant." Client-supplied content, third-party systems, post-launch edits and industry-specific legal requirements can affect accessibility. Project-specific accessibility obligations are governed by the applicable written project agreement.
9. Hosting and handoff
Every site launched by SIS is live on SIS-managed hosting for at least 30 days after launch at no charge. If the client has not selected a service plan before launch, the free hosting period runs until the first monthly service cycle that begins at least 30 days after launch. By the end of that period the client either selects a plan or receives the complete code handoff and hosts the site elsewhere. Site Care is the minimum plan for continued SIS hosting, and the same rule applies to every build tier. A client who selects a plan before launch is on that plan from launch.
Fix period
For 30 days after launch, SIS corrects at no charge anything that does not work as the written scope describes, such as a broken link, a form that does not deliver, a layout error on a current browser, or a factual error SIS introduced. New pages, new functionality, content changes and changes caused by third-party services are scoped separately.
The one-time build fee covers the approved website design, development, testing and agreed handoff. It does not include perpetual hosting or support. Projects may be delivered to client/third-party hosting or operated on SIS-managed infrastructure through a separately selected service plan, as stated in the applicable SOW.
Clients are not required to remain indefinitely on SIS-managed hosting. A paid client does not owe a special release fee merely to receive custom deliverables the client already paid SIS to create, subject to third-party licensing and SIS retained intellectual property.
Migration, conversion, deployment into another provider, platform-specific redevelopment, vendor coordination and troubleshooting another environment may require separate paid work. A custom site cannot be assumed to transfer unchanged into Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, WordPress or another proprietary platform.
10. Ownership and intellectual property
Ownership of client project deliverables is governed by the applicable project agreement. The SIS business model is that a client owns the paid client-specific final deliverables SIS created for that client, subject to third-party licensing and SIS retained intellectual property.
SIS retains its pre-existing and reusable methods, systems, tools, components, templates, frameworks, processes and know-how unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Third-party photography, fonts, plugins, APIs, software, open-source components, platform tools and licensed assets remain subject to their respective licenses.
11. Continuity services
Current continuity pricing is Site Care at $199/month, Site Growth at $499/month and Site Partner at $899/month. Current annual prepay is $1,990, $4,990 and $8,990 respectively.
For supported SIS-managed sites, Site Care includes hosting, domain and DNS management, SSL and uptime monitoring, monthly backups, form and link checks, minor technical edits and email support. Site Growth includes Site Care plus new Knowledge Catalog content each month, a monthly performance snapshot from the site's event tracking. Site Partner includes Site Growth plus a quarterly positioning document, a quarterly visitor-path review and priority email response. There are no fixed monthly article or page quotas. Continuity is optional and separately selected from the build. Monthly work is ordinarily batched for the first business week of each scheduled service month. Material new functionality, integrated commerce, live integrations, platform conversion and major redesign may require separate scope.
Continuity plans cover the website's technical health and content. They do not include cybersecurity services or Google Business Profile or reputation management.
The applicable continuity terms and project agreement control billing, cancellation, included work and hosting/support responsibilities.
12. Referral Partner Program
A qualifying referral partner may earn a reward equal to 10% of the website build price actually paid by a new referred client. The referral must be identified before the referred business begins a paid engagement with SIS, and only one referral source may be credited per new client.
The reward is earned only after the referred website project has been paid in full and is not subject to refund or chargeback. Rewards exclude taxes, third-party charges, refunds, add-ons and continuity revenue. Self-referrals, duplicate referrals and existing leads do not qualify.
A qualifying referred website client receives one complimentary Site Care service cycle after launch. That complimentary cycle does not automatically enroll the referred client in a paid recurring plan.
13. No guarantee of business outcomes
SIS does not guarantee Google rankings, AI citations or rankings, search rankings, traffic, leads, conversion rates, sales, revenue, indexing, platform approvals, third-party visibility or customer behavior.
SIS can deliver agreed structure, technical implementation, customer clarity, content architecture, Knowledge Catalog development, digital readiness, accessibility practices and approved integrations. Outcomes controlled by search engines, AI systems, customers, advertising systems, vendors or other third parties remain outside SIS's control.
14. Third-party links and checkout
This website may link to third-party websites and services, including Stripe-hosted payment pages used for approved project payment requests. Third-party sites are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. SIS is not responsible for content or practices on websites it does not control.
15. Electronic agreements and signatures
SIS may offer clients an electronic agreement workflow that presents a project-specific Statement of Work together with an identified version of the Master Service Agreement.
The signing workflow may record the Project ID, agreement versions, package fingerprint, signer identity and role, affirmative electronic-consent acknowledgements, authority-to-bind acknowledgement and a typed electronic signature. The signer is given a way to download or print the electronic record before signing.
A typed name or other electronic process is intended to operate as a signature only when the signer affirmatively adopts it with the intent to sign the identified agreement package. A project-specific signed agreement controls according to its own terms.
16. Website availability and disclaimers
SIS works to keep this website accurate and available, but does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, future compatibility with every browser or device, or continued availability of third-party services.
Information on this website is general business information and is not legal, tax, accounting or other regulated professional advice.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SIS is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising solely from use of this public website or from third-party websites or services linked from it. Any limitation that cannot legally be excluded remains subject to applicable law.
18. Governing law
These website Terms are intended to be governed by Florida law, subject to any mandatory law that applies. A signed client agreement may contain more specific governing-law, venue or dispute terms.
19. Changes to these Terms
SIS may update these public Terms prospectively as services, pricing, technology or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current website version. Changes to an already-signed client agreement require whatever authorization that agreement specifies.
Property Showcase (draft for counsel review)
Property Showcase is a one-listing website hosted by SIS on a subdomain of the client's own site or brokerage site. It has three levels, each paid in full at checkout: Level 1 at $450, Level 2 at $750 and Level 3 at $1,500.
SIS hosts the Showcase for the life of the listing, up to 12 months from go-live. At go-live the client adds one DNS record (a CNAME) pointing the chosen subdomain to the Showcase, or sends the record to the client's web person.
